Story
I am completing a 14 day round trip trek to Everest base camp. I will be flying into Lukla and embarking on an 8 day trek to get to Everest base camp. It’s 17,600 ft - to put some scale on it the highest mountain in the UK is Ben Nevis and this is only 4,413 ft. This is both physically and mentally challenging and is something which I have been training for many months to ensure I am as fit as I can be.Updates
